A few words about Elizabeth Murray’s painting, Morning Is Breaking, for the Pace Gallery. Last night, in my dream, Elizabeth was ordering a whole team of assistants around, getting ready for a show or tour or something. I was watching in awe, she looked over and smiled at me. Morning Is Breaking.
